Challenge:  With this branding project, I focused on thoughtfully fledging out an entire brand identity from a logo to packaging and marketing materials. The challenge was to create a brand personality and visual narrative that would stand out from competitor companies and effectively convey the brand's values of quality products made to brighten/enhance everyday experiences. 
Solution: Since this is a brand that I built/developed, I spent time researching and creating a story of how and why the brand was created. Additionally, I wrote out all the steps needed to develop a living brand identity including: a history of the brand, mission statement, brand values, and the deliverables needed for a project of this scope. In order for amber to standout from the crowd, I found it important to concentrate on the color palette and typography/graphics. Many wellness/self care brands utilize a minimalistic aesthetic and organic/natural color palette. While I feel that is a clear way to showcase an organics brand, it was important to me to push the boundaries of the minimalism trend and show that a brand can flourish with a bold graphic style. 
Below are the packaging design for essential oils and candles. It was important to create a bold yet visually appealing design that would catch eyes in a store.
