Media Type: Brand Identity, Campaign Plan, Signage
Scope: Branding, Logo Design, Brand Development, Merchandise/Deliverables
Client: Prison and Neighborhood Arts Project
The Prison + Neighborhood Arts/Education Project (PNAP) is a visual arts and education project that connects teaching artists and scholars to incarcerated students at Stateville Maximum Security Prison through classes, workshops, a policy think tank, and guest lectures. Classes cover subjects ranging from poetry, visual arts, and creative writing to political theory, social studies, and history.
Walls Turned Sideways is an art gallery and community space dedicated to artists and communities impacted by incarceration. Through exhibitions, political education workshops, and a community care component, Walls Turned Sideways will offer a space to experience and create art, share resources, and build solidarity with families of incarcerated people.

For this project I develop a brand identity that included: logo designs (with and without a word mark), color usage, website, deliverables (postcard, tote bag, and stamps), poster and signage concepts.
